Lichfield and Walsall District Football League results – May 5, 2013

Division One outfit Prince of Wales upset the odds to beat Premier Division side Erdington Star in the final of the Lichfield Challenge Cup.

Meanwhile, Lichfield Social A came from behind to reach the final of the Terry Smith Cup.

Elsewhere in the Lichfield and Walsall District Football League, Burntwood St Matthews put themselves in pole position for the Premier Division title after leapfrogging Pelsall Villa Colts at the summit with a 4-2 win. They can still be caught by Lichfield Social A who have three games still to go, though.

AFC Bush hit the top of Division One by beating previous leaders Park Tavern 3-0 while AC Lions moved fourth with a 1-0 triumph at Hazelwood Athletic.
