Burntwood singer Mitchel Emms has given fans a first glimpse of his musical future.

The rocker had been working on his MisterNothing musical project when he appeared on The Voice.

But after his exit from the show last week, Emms is keen to showcase tracks from the album All My Favourite Bands Are Dead.

He told fans in a Facebook post that his contract with The voice meant he couldn’t release his music commercially, but with three songs already available on social media, the singer has now put his fourth album track – Fly to Mars – on YouTube.

“I’m going to test the waters a little and upload a song off the album that has previously not been released,” he told fans.

Emms admitted that he can’t wait to finally release the full set of tracks.

“The album to me represents a time in my life where everything was totally changing,” he said.

“I put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into the whole project.”
