A charity supporting victims of domestic violence is on the lookout for new volunteers.

The Pathway Project is holding a coffee morning and book sale in Lichfield for visitors to find out more about their work.

A spokesperson said: “Our aim is to form a body of people who have used the service, volunteered for, worked with, donated to or taken part in any of the fundraising events Pathway have held.

“Each and every person that has contributed towards the running of Pathway has played an invaluable part in maintaining the charity for the benefit of survivors of abuse and their children.

“So come along and have a coffee and a chat – we might even get the biscuit tin out!”

The event takes place from 10am to 2pm on Saturday (July 27) at Wade Street Church.
