Lichfield’s programme of guided cycle rides is set to return on Sunday (August 4).
The Cycle Rides for All group will take a 12-mile trip to Fradley Junction and back, stopping off for a break near the canal.
Debby Whiting, from Freedom Cycles, said: “Going on a group ride is a healthy way to meet other people and to have fun.
“We make sure the pace is suitable for all riders and that there are breaks on the way round.”
The ride will be guided by trained cycle leaders and is suitable for all ages and abilities. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
There is no need to book, just bring your bike, safety helmet, a picnic and something to drink to Freedom Cycles, next to Lichfield Bus Station, at 10am on the day.
