Burntwood Town FC received a welcome boost after they climbed a place in the table – without even kicking a ball!
Rugeley Rangers have withdrawn from Division Two of the Midland Combination, meaning their results have been wiped.
As a result, Inkberrow have slipped back below Town at the foot of the table.
But they will need to find more luck on the pitch too after a dismal run of form has left them without a point from their last six league and cup outings.
They return to action on Saturday (October 19) with a trip to high-flying Rostance Edwards.
