Chasetown FC’s preparations for their league game against Market Drayton have been boosted after goalkeeper Ryan Price rejected a move away from the club.
The Scholars stopper had been the target of an approach but has opted to commit his future to Craig Harris’ side.
“Ryan is one of the most sought after goalkeepers in non-league football,” Harris told the Chasetown FC website. “His reputation and record for several clubs speaks for itself.
“But for Ryan to stay with us is a massive boost.”
And Harris will be hoping Price will be in fine form as Chasetown look to improve on their 18th place in the table against a Market Drayton side who sit just two points ahead of them.
Kick-off at The Scholars Ground is at 3pm tomorrow (December 14).
