A village pub near Lichfield has launched a monthly pub quiz to raise money for local charities.
The quiz – at The Crown in the centre of Abbots Bromley – is being held on the first Tuesday of every month. The next event will be held on March 4 starting at 8.30pm.
Teams of up to four people are invited to take part, with profits going to local charities. Entry is £1 per person, with prizes of food and drinks vouchers.
Jamie Lang, who runs the pub, said: “We look forward to hosting teams from the village and surrounding area for what will be a fun night – with the bonus of raising money for local good causes.”
