Lichfield Mysteries are looking for 90 people to don 90 costumes for a short film being made to promote the community arts organisation.

“We are hoping 90 people will sign up for the professionally-produced filming,” said a spokesman. “All they will have to do is put on a costume, stand in front of a green screen and be filmed. No lines to learn, no acting required – just dressing up!”

The filming is on November 8 at Wade Street Church. People will be asked to sign up for one of six time slots between 4.30pm and 7pm. It will take around 45 minutes. Under 18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

People interested in becoming a “film star for a day” should visit the Lichfield Mysteries website for more details.
