UKIP’s plan to continue their push in Lichfield and Burntwood will continue with an open meeting.
The party, which finished third at the recent general election and saw its first councillor elected to Lichfield District Council, has already outlined its plans to secure the support of local young people.
And now they will host a gathering in Lichfield on May 20.
A spokesperson said: “This is an opportunity for everyone with the UK’s interests at heart, to come along and put there views across on the way forward towards the 2019 local elections and the general election in 2020.”
The meeting will take place at the King’s Head on Bird Street in Lichfield. Those interested can visit the Lichfield and Burntwood UKIP branch page on Facebook.
