A memorial to those who died during operations in Afghanistan will be dedicated at the National Memorial Arboretum tomorrow.

Prince Harry, along with army personnel who served in the conflict, will be there to witness the unveiling of the memorial wall, which was previously housed at Camp Bastion in Helmand Province.
Leader of Staffordshire County Council Philip Atkins said: “The event is a poignant reminder of the sacrifices made by men and women not just in Afghanistan, but in the Armed Forces every day.
“We are incredibly proud as a county to host and directly support the National Memorial Arboretum.
“Undoubtedly the memorial will become a focal point for reflection and remembrance – and is a timely of reminder of a debt we owe those who gave their lives for the peace and freedom we enjoy today.”
