Police officers on patrol

A meeting looking at the performance of Staffordshire Police is being streamed live on the internet.

The session will examine crime trends, call handling and how community concerns are being dealt with.

It will be broadcast online from 10am today.

Staffordshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner Matthew Ellis said: “This is about being open, honest and transparent so that public confidence across policing and criminal justice is improved.

“People can view the meeting in person or watch it live wherever they are via the web, and it will also be available to view online afterwards.”

The full agenda for the meeting is available online.
