The Lichfield Garrick

Staffordshire’s Fired Up Theatre company are promising a “two-night fright-fest” when their new show comes to the Lichfield Garrick.

The Hound of the Baskervilles comes to the city theatre on October 16 and 17.

A spokesperson said: “Deep in darkest Dartmoor stands Baskerville Hall, a grisly ‘Usher-esque’ house of secrets and spooky goings-on with a cellar full of mayhem and murder, and outside, beyond its grounds the village of Grimpon encounters ghastly, eerie, cacophonic howling, repeatedly filling the Devonshire night air.

“With shadow theatre, projection, grotesque and quirky characters, a smattering of comedy, original music and the customary rolling mist and fog, this production is not to be missed.”

Tickets cost £15 (£10 for students), and can be booked online or by calling the box office on 01543 412121.
