A drive to make local authority meetings more accessible will see Lichfield District Council’s Cabinet come to Burntwood this evening (April 5).
The Conservative group will meet at the Old Mining College Centre at 6.30pm.
Among the items up for discussion are proposed changes to the civic budget and the proposed community infrastructure levy which helps support local areas when new developments are approved.
A spokesperson confirmed that the council was hoping to take Cabinet meetings to alternative locations in a bid to engage people across the district with the political process.
The full agenda can be seen online.
