Commuters using the cross city line to and from Lichfield have endured a morning of delays.
Minibuses were ordered in between Lichfield City and Lichfield Trent Valley for journeys due to what was described as “an operational incident” leading to fewer trains than normal being able to run.
Coaches were also being introduced to ferry passengers between Lichfield City and Sutton Coldfield.
London Midland said that the disruption ended at around 8.05am this morning (April 22).
