Final preparations are underway for an outdoor performance of one of Shakespeare’s most popular comedies. Twelfth Night will ne performed in the Italian Gardens at Maple Hayes Dyslexia School. The Shakespeare in the Park event will see spectators bring their own picnics and drinks along to enjoy before the performance. Maple Hayes Dyslexia School headteacher Dr Daryl Brown said: “With it being Shakespeare’s 400th birthday, our pupils have taken a special interest in the work of Shakespeare, and this event is the perfect way for them to embrace his work. “Shakespeare in the Park is something we are so proud to have performed at our school.” Twelfth Night will be performed from June 22 to 25.
