A fundraising valuation day is taking place at the Staffordshire Regiment Museum next month.
Hanson’s Auctioneers & Valuers will visit the site in Whittington from 10am to 2pm on October 7.
A spokesperson for the museum said: “Now’s the time to search those attics and storerooms, dig out those hidden treasures, mementoes and heirlooms and have them inspected by one of Hanson’s professional valuers.
“The cost is only £2 per item, with all proceeds going towards the upkeep of the museum’s collection.”
