Beacon Park is hosting two Christmas wreath workshops. Taking place in the park’s Discovery Hub at 10am and 2pm on December 11, the sessions will see participants use a variety of locally sourced greenery. Councillor Andy Smith, Cabinet member for parks at Lichfield District Council, said: “A handmade wreath is a really special addition to any home at Christmas, so book your place on one of the sessions to learn a great skill.” Mince pies and hot drinks will be served at the workshops. Places cost £10 and need to be booked in advance by calling 01543 308869 or emailing parks@lichfielddc.gov.uk.
