The family-owned company, which also operates Galliers Homes, has taken on 25 new employees and expects to continue offering new jobs in the coming months.

Managing director Ian Burns said: “Our operating area is widening away from our traditional area of Staffordshire and we are now building in counties such as Leicestershire and Derbyshire.

“The south midlands will be a key area for expansion, with several new developments near Stratford-on-Avon starting later this year, and a new regional team being set up to oversee this.”

Mr Burn said growth in output would be matched by development of the company’s staff and systems.

“We will be investing heavily in the training and development of our people and a new IT system is being introduced, starting from this year, which will improve efficiency and speed of operation throughout the firm,” he said.

“One of our most exciting plans is the launch of a new core house type range which is currently being developed, with our own specialists working with a firm of architects. This will be unveiled in the near future.”
