The Tony Award-winning musical will be brought to the stage by the Lichfield Garrick Youth Theatre from September 26 to 30.

The show tells the story of an aspiring rock star who longs to the take to the stage as the next big thing – but the fairy-tale looks to be ending as developers sweep into town with plans to turn the fabled Strip nightclub into just another capitalist mall.

The 1980s themed musical comedy is built around classic rock hits of the decade, including Don’t Stop Believin’, We Built This City, The Final Countdown, Dead or Alive, Here I Go Again, Can’t Fight this Feeling and I Want To Know What Love Is.
