An alternative festive treat is coming to the Lichfield Garrick.
Award-winning theatre company New Old Friends are bringing their latest “anti-panto” offering to the city from December 8 to January 8.
Crimes on the Christmas Express follows last year’s successful run of Crimes Against Christmas.
This time round, inspiration is drawn from Agatha Christie, 39 Steps and Jason Bourne, taking the audience on a laughter-packed train journey through the snow-capped mountains of the east. On board are jewel thieves, circus performers, lovelorn porters, sleazy Americans and countless other characters all brought to life by a cast of just four.
Tickets cost £20 and the show is recommended for people aged 14 and over. For more information visit www.lichfieldgarrick.com or call the box office on 01543 412121.
