Trains in Lichfield are being disrupted by a problem with signalling equipment.
West Midlands Railway says services from Lichfield City and Lichfield Trent Valley stations on the cross city line are being delayed due to the fault.
Due to a fault with the signalling system between Lichfield City and Four Oaks, train services running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 25 minutes. We apologise for the inconvenience cauised.

Rail replacement bus services are being ordered as passengers brace themselves for a day of delays.

Update at 11am: West Midlands Railway say another signalling issue at Perry Barr is also causing problems for passengers on the cross city line.
We have reports of a signalling issue at Perry Barr. Currently there is no route between Birmingham and Walsall. More info when known.
