Tickets have gone on sale for the star-studded 2018 Lichfield Festival.
Expected to attract more than 40,000 visitors to the city, the mix of music, theatre, comedy, dance talks and family events takes place from July 4 to 14.
Among the events taking place this year is Somnium: A Dancer’s Dream. The new show has been created for the festival by Strictly Come Dancing stars Neil and Katya Jones and takes place at Lichfield Cathedral on July 5.
Restaurant critic Jay Rayner will share stories of some of his most excruciating nights out in his entertaining show My Dining Hell at The Lichfield Garrick during the festival, as well as performing with his jazz quartet at the same venue.
Comedy fans will be able to enjoy comedian Tom Allen and Mark Steel, while music will be on offer from the likes of the BBC National Orchestra of Wales.
