A Lichfield business has won an award for customer service.
Bristol Street Motors was presented with a sixth Vauxhall Customer Service Award from the car maker’s communications director Denis Chick.
The Eastern Avenue dealership came out on top after customer surveys were analysed – as well as being named top of 300 sites across the UK for sales.
Stuart Inglis, general manager at Bristol Street Motors Lichfield Vauxhall, said: “Our team brings a family-run feel to the business and that’s a service that you cannot train or teach people to deliver. In fact, a lot of our customers know our sales executives by name and pop in to the branch to say a quick hello.
“It’s no coincidence that we are the number one for sales. Providing the very best customer experience leads to sales, returning customers and word of mouth referrals from satisfied buyers.
