Talk at Lichfield Library to celebrate the centenary of women winning the right to vote

A talk on the Suffragettes in Lichfield will help mark the centenary of women getting the vote.

Local historian Jonathan Oates will tell the story of how the city played its part in the suffrage movement 100 years ago.

His Lichfield Library talk at 7pm on May 26 will include stories of the cathedral and Market Square.
