Chance for people to get digital advice as Google bus stops off in Burntwood

People in Burntwood will be abe able to get help from one of the world’s biggest brands when the Google Digital Garage comes to the town.

The roadshow will stop off at Burntwood Library on Friday (April 27) to offer advice on things such as:

  • Taking your first steps online
  • Building a CV
  • Developing a social media strategy for businesses and organisations

The drop in event is free to attend.

Gill Heath, Cabinet member for communities at Staffordshire County Council said: “This is a great opportunity for people and local businesses to learn new skills, grow their business and improve their confidence online.

“Our libraries continue to be great places to learn things and take part in new activities and this free event compliments our other opportunities.

“So whether you want to get more confident online, want to produce a good CV, or learn how to promote your business online then why not drop in on the day.”
