The search is on to find a cuddly toy mistakenly sold at a charity shop in Lichfield.
The owners of ‘Bundle’ the snowman had accidentally included him in a donation to the Acorns charity shop in the city.
But when they realised and returned, he had already been sold.
A spokesperson said: “The owners are devastated and tried to go to save him only to find out he had been sold just 20 minutes earlier.
“There are 30 years of memories wrapped up in this little chap and all the owners want is his safe return before Christmas.”
Anyone with information can leave a comment below and we will pass their details on to Bundle’s owners.
