Easter services have taken place at Lichfield Cathedral.
The Rt Revd Michael Ipgrave, the Bishop of Lichfield, lit a fire to symbolise Jesus’ rising to new life at Easter.
A spokesperson for Lichfield Cathedral said:
“Candles were lit throughout the cathedral from that one fire in a great visual symbol of new life and new hope in this most difficult of years.”
