Where were the masks at the Alrewas event? Where was the social distancing? How many new Covid cases have been released there? It may have been outside but jammed that close together the virus can still leap from person to person.
It really doesn’t matter if any cases were passed on. Figures for serious illness and hospitalisation are so low now we have to return to freedom. Pilot outdoor events have proved that they are not sources of spread. Those who wish to continue isolating are free to do so, the rest of us need our lives back.
The event looks very successful and enjoyed by many people. Not sure therefore, why the one comment complains about covid risk. Recent pilot events have proved that outdoor events such as these are not causes of outbreaks. Those who wish to remain self isolating are free to do so, but the vast majority now wish to get their freedom back.
