Police have released an image of a man they want to speak to in connection with incidents in Stonnall and Shenstone.
Staffordshire Police said they are investigating “multiple reported incidents of harassment”.
Anyone who can identify the man is asked to call police on 101, quoting incident 738 of 2nd August.
This is rather vague isn’t it? Were they strangers to him? Were they harrassed in the street or at home?
