A new support group will help people in Lichfield who are dealing with bereavement due to suicide.
Run by volunteers, the local branch of the Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide (SOBS) organisation will launch in June.
A spokesperson said:
“Only those who have experienced this terrible tragedy can truly understand.
“Unfortunately, suicide is still very much a taboo subject so our group will be there to help people express their feelings and thoughts in a safe and confidential place without being judged.
“At the moment there is very little help in our community for those that find themselves in this position.”
