People in Burntwood are being invited to take part in a competition to grow the tallest sunflower.
The initiative, by Burntwood Town Council, will also allow residents to show their support for people in Ukraine.
Participants can collect free seeds from the council offices at the Old Mining College Centre before planting them, taking photos and recording their height.
The winning entry before the 11th September deadline will win a local shopping voucher.
