A house builder says new 25 new homes being built on land in Elford have gone up for sale.

Elan Homes is constructing the properties on land off The Shrubbery and has now teamed up with Lichfield estate agent Connells to allow buyers to reserve one off plan.

Regional sales director for Elan Homes Tracey Ball said interest had been high in the new Seven Acres development.

“There’s strong demand for new homes in Elford as we know from the volume of enquiries we have received.

“Dozens of people have registered their interest in just 25 homes and because of the intimate nature of the development and the wide mix of properties, many have already identified exactly which one they want to call home.

“Working with Connells in Lichfield was the obvious solution to enable buyers to reserve at the earliest opportunity before we can open a sales centre and show home on site at Seven Acres.”

The 25 homes will be a mix of apartments, bungalows, semi-detached and detached homes with two to five-bedrooms.

Matthew Taylor, new homes manager at Connells, said:

“This will present a fantastic opportunity for people eager to relocate to the village, as well as those currently living in the village to upsize or downsize with the rare addition of new build bungalows being a key feature of the site.

“The popularity of villages on the outskirts of Lichfield has grown and grown in recent years.

“We are sure that the homes at Seven Acres will be popular with buyers of all levels.”
