A Lichfield entrepreneur has been named as a finalist in a national award that celebrates female achievers.

Colette Bratton, from Small Business Equaliser, is amongst five women from across the UK competing in the marketing category of the Woman Who Achieves awards.

She is the founder of the Marketing Momentum Training Academy, offering online training and support for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

Colette’s 30-year career has seen her work in corporate marketing roles for the likes of Leyland DAF, Wateford Wedgwood and Wolverhampton Wanderers before setting up her own consultancy.

She said:

“It’s a real honour to have been nominated as a finalist in these awards from all the amazing female entrepreneurs who entered.

“Marketing is something I’m really passionate about, so I love working with small business owners and sharing my knowledge and expertise to help them grow their businesses by using marketing more effectively.”

The winner will be announced at an awards ceremony in Coventry on Friday.
