A course in Lichfield will give people the chance to earn qualifications to become a swimming teacher.
The SEQ Level 1 Swimming Assistant (Teaching) course kicks off on 11th November.
The blended learning course will see participants cover theoretical elements of the programme online before taking part in two full days of practical training at Friary Grange Leisure Centre later in the month.
A spokesperson for the Institute of Swimming said:
“This course develops your knowledge, skills and abilities as an assistant swimming teacher. It will enable you to actively support a qualified swimming teacher in the delivery of a planned learn to swim session.
“It is designed for anyone interested in starting a career in teaching swimming or who wants to assist a swimming teacher.”
