A SERVICE has marked Remembrance Sunday in Burntwood.

The ceremony, at St John’s Church in Chase Terrace, was one of a number held across the town to commemorate the fallen.

I was honoured to be asked by Dave Robertson to lay a wreath at the Chase Terrace war memorial yesterday. The first time in my memory that a wreath has been presented on behalf of a Member of Parliament. Maybe in Burntwood.
