A LOCAL housing association has invested in new equipment to help clean up communities.
The hand-held tool has been rolled out by Bromford to help remove stubborn marks such as graffiti on walls, floors and hard to reach areas.
The association said it is part of a new “place-based” approach designed to help tackle local issues and improve neighbourhoods.
Kevin Johnson, from Bromford, said:
“This is a significant investment for us and will bring cleaning into the 21st century.
“We’re taking back lots of the services that would normally be contracted out so we get more value for money and more control over what we do. It also gives colleagues the chance to train so they can progress through the cleaning directorate.”
