LICHFIELD Ladies’ red team returned from second placed Buckingham Swans with a 16-10 victory.
Against a strong home side, the visitors saw wing Amy Edmondson open their account.
They were indebted to Molly Draycott who scored a try and kicked two drop goals to ensure her side took the victory, despite being reduced to 14 players for the final quarter.
