Proposed development at Land at North Lichfield, Curborough Brooks.
Take notice that application is being made by IM Properties Development Limited and the Hollinshead Family and the Greaves Family for planning permission for outline planning application for residential development; secondary school; primary school; care village and health care hub; mixed use local centre; public open space; playing fields and sports hub; and ancillary and enabling works (all detailed matters reserved for future consideration).
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the Council at District Council House, Frog Lane, Lichfield, WS13 6YU within 21 days of the date of this notice.
