OLDER people with mobility challenges are being invited to join special dance and movement sessions in Lichfield.
The Garrick theatre will host Gentle Dance and Social from 10.30am to midday on Mondays from 1st September.
The one-hour sessions sees participants standing or seated and are designed to support balance, strength and creativity. They are followed by a 30-minute social gathering where people can enjoy a hot drink and a chat.
The workshops are led by qualified dance artist Freya Davis, who is also accredited in dance for people living with Parkinson’s.
