TWO properties could be built in a garden in Burntwood if plans are approved.

The development has been earmarked for a plot at 37 Rugeley Road.

A planning statement said:

“It is proposed to develop the site by erecting two dwellings within the rear garden of the existing property.

“It is anticipated that the properties would have a traditional character and appearance. They would be one or one-and-a-half storeys in height and finished in red brick and plain tiles.

“The proposed dwellings are to be accessed via a private driveway off the existing entrance to Rugeley Road. Each plot is provided with two off-street parking spaces and there is space for vehicles to turn on site, meaning they can enter and leave in forward gear.”
