A FREE movie night is coming to Whittington.
St Giles Church will host a screening of hit film Hacksaw Ridge as part of the Flicks in the Sticks series.
The movie follows the true story of US Army medic and conscientious objector, Desmond Doss, who became an unlikely hero on an Okinawa battlefield without bearing arms.
It will be shown at 7.30pm on 5th September. Admission is free.
