A BEHIND-THE-SCENES look at the work of a train operator will feature in a new edition of a podcast.
The episode of the On the Rails broadcast will provide insights from senior leaders of West Midlands Railway.
The four department leads will answer questions on topics covering everything from AI usage and gender diversity to travel disruption and training programmes.
Jonny Wiseman, West Midlands Railway’s customer experience director, said:
“Our On the Rails podcast gives customers an insight into the inner workings of the rail industry.
“This episode brings a behind-the-scenes look at our yearly conference, with the chance to hear our department leads answer questions put to them live.
“I’m sure some of the questions asked will be on the mind of our customers too, so sharing it publicly was something we were really excited to do.”
