A LICHFIELD retirement complex has enjoyed a double celebration.
Blackberry Court won national recognition at the Inside Housing Development Awards.
The Streethay retirement community, which is managed by Sanctuary Supported Living, was named Best Partnership – 100+ Homes and was highly commended in the Best Supported Housing Development – Rural and Suburban at the ceremony.
The accolades came after the complex, which was delivered in partnership with Burntwood’s Keon Homes, also hosted its official opening.
Sanctuary’s chief operating officer Sarah Clarke-Kuehn said:
“Blackberry Court is more than just a development – it’s a vibrant community with wellbeing, comfort, stability and connection at its heart.
“Winning an award and celebrating the opening together shows the positive impact Blackberry Court will have on people’s lives.”
