PLANS have been submitted to convert an agricultural building in Fradley into two homes.

The proposals have been drawn up for Woods Farm on Wood End Lane.

A planning statement said:

> "The scheme includes the demolition of parts of the existing building and the erection of a replacement section.

> "The proposed building would occupy the same footprint and size as the existing built form within the application site."
