Police are appealing for information after a set of locked metal gates were stolen in Lichfield.

They were taken from a compound on Wiltell Road between 5.30pm on 4th May and 9.30am on 6th May.

PCSO Andrea Horsnall, from Staffordshire Police, said the site was behind homes on Waverley Walk.

> “These were extremely heavy gates and a large vehicle would have been needed to facilitate their removal.”

Anyone with information can contact police on 101, quoting incident 742 of 6th May.
