# Appeal to trace those behind anti-social behaviour on off-road bikes in Burntwood

POLICE are launching a fresh appeal to trace individuals riding off-road bikes in an anti-social manner across Burntwood.

Officers say they are continuing to receive reports of them being ridding on public footpaths, open land and roads in the town.

A Staffordshire Police spokesperson said:

> "These incidents are causing significant disruption to residents, creating noise nuisance, damaging land and raising concerns for the safety of pedestrians, cyclists and other road users.

> "We understand the frustration this behaviour causes and are committed to identifying those responsible and taking appropriate action.

> "We are appealing to anyone who may have information about those involved, knows where the bikes are being stored, or has captured footage on CCTV, dashcam, doorbell cameras or mobile phones to contact us.  
>  
> "Any information, no matter how small it may seem, could assist our enquiries."
