Barton United will be hoping to make a strong start to the season once again when they entertain Rostance Edwards.

Their campaign last season saw them among the title chasers before a post-Christmas collapse.

And Rostance Edwards – who were battling towards the top of the table last time out – will provide a stern test of Barton’s credentials this time around in the Midland Football League Division Three.

Kick-off at Holland Sports Club is at 3pm on Saturday (August 9).
