Barton United slipped down the table after a 1-0 defeat against Alcester Town.

The Black Swans twice hit the woodwork but were denied even a point as Keiran Downey netted the only goal of the game for the visitors.

The result leaves Barton tenth in the Midland Football League Division Three.
