LICHFIELD will hope to inflict more misery on basement side Wombourne 2nds when they meet this weekend.

The city men have endured a mixed bag so far in the South Staffordshire County League Division One, finding themselves in eighth place.

But tomorrow (13th June) sees them host a Wombourne side who are without a victory in their eight encounters so far.

Play is scheduled to get underway at 12.30pm.
