# Blow for Chasetown FC as Paul Sullivan agrees Hednesford Town switch

Chasetown FC’s push for the play-offs has been dealt a blow after striker Paul Sullivan confirmed his departure.

The forward has agreed a switch to near neighbours Hednesford Town after scoring 16 times in 32 games for the Scholars this season.

“He is a great lad and will be a huge loss to us,” [manager Craig Harris said](http://www.pitchero.com/clubs/chasetown/news/sully-signs-for-the-pitmen-1146617.html?ref=lichfieldlive.co.uk). “But he wants to take his chance at a higher level and goes with all our best wishes.”

Hednesford manager Rob Smith said he was delighted to capture the 21-year-old.
